ABOUT VICICON
Inspired by the Latin phrase “veni, vidi, vici” — to come, see, and conquer — Vicicon embraces the challenge of excellence in the construction industry. Built on a foundation of professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we confidently tackle projects of any scale with expertise and precision.
Founded in January 2013, Vicicon was established by a driven industry professional who recognised the need for reliable, specialised earthworks and civil contractors. Drawing on extensive industry knowledge and experience, our team brings over a century of combined expertise to every project. This wealth of knowledge has been instrumental in shaping our reputation and capabilities in the sector.
Our director, Wian Horn, has been actively involved in the construction industry since 2000, amassing extensive experience in project management and cost engineering across a diverse range of projects.
With a well-balanced infrastructure and a highly skilled team, Vicicon is equipped to handle projects of any complexity. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality on every project, ensuring timely completion without compromise. Operating nationwide, we bring consistency, expertise, and dedication to projects across South Africa. Integrity and professionalism are at the core of our business, forming the foundation of the trust-based relationships we build with our clients.
Our plant hire division manages and maintains our fleet in-house, minimising downtime on-site and ensuring seamless project execution. We believe our equipment reflects our company’s image and the level of service we provide, which is why we maintain it to the highest standards.
Driven by a vision to come, see, and conquer challenges in the construction industry, Vicicon embodies the spirit encapsulated in the Latin words "veni," "vidi," and "vici." With a foundation rooted in professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality, we stand ready to conquer every project that comes our way.
